The International Place Branding Association (IPBA), created in 2016, is a non-profit association that brings together researchers, practitioners and anyone interested in branding and territorial marketing issues (cities, regions, countries or sites).

Its main mission is to highlight the issues of territorial marketing and to strengthen this discipline by increasing its visibility and recognition, particularly on an international scale, among experts, operational and academic staff, as well as within public institutions and private structures competent in territorial development. In order to improve standards and professional practices, the IPBA association offers its members an important international network and a place to debate and exchange on the evolution of knowledge and new practices/experiences in territorial marketing.

ABOUT IMPGT AND A&NMT CHAIR

Plan_de_travail_4_copie.png

Created in 1996, the Institute of Public Management and Territorial Governance is the only training and research unit in public management in France. The IMPGT trains future managers to improve the performance of public systems. Its training offer is based on a multidisciplinary approach (law, economics, management), extended to social sciences and applied to the non-market sector, supported by dynamic research in public management. The Institute houses the Chair of Attractiveness and New Territorial Marketing. This is the first "Territorial Chair" dedicated to attractiveness and new territorial marketing practices in the world, from the most effective to the most innovative.
